Our Estimating Process
What makes MORSE different than other collision repair and auto body shops in our region? It’s the execution of our unique Estimating Process.
Process Timing & Accuracy — While walk-in estimates are always welcome, MORSE often schedules a block of time for customer estimates. Why do we take so much time at the beginning of the customer relationship? To ensure that an accurate accessment of your vehcile is completed, saving our valued customers critical time during the actual repair. Whether your estimate is scheduled or a walk-in, we provide our customers with our undivided attention, qualifying customer and vehicle needs and repair requirements.
Process Engagement & Empathy — During the vehicle estimate, we actively engage in customer conversations to determine what exactly happened to the vehicle. We know that the trama of auto accident can be long-lasting and so we strive to be empathetic and considerate of your time. During estimation, your vehicle goes through a thorough damages, parts, and cost examination, allowing us the opporutnity to dive deep into all areas that will require our attention during the repair.
Process Documentation — Taking photos and occasional videos of customer vehicles helps us create a virtual snapshot of the vehicle damage and repair requirements. Ultimately, our number one goal during the MORSE Estimation Process is accuracy. This may require the assistance of a MORSE Lead Technician to review all aspects of the Estimation Process, identifying and validating an accurate assessment of all vehicle damages.
Process Repair Execution — We want to get your vehicle in and out of shop as soon as possible, while allowing for quality craftsmanship, service excellence, and customer satisfaction. Our Estimating Process allows for tremendous team and repair plan organization which creates opportunities to execute advanced ordering of supplemental parts, etc, after the vehicle is disassembled.
Process Team Certifications — MORSE employs only seasoned, certified I-CAR, ASE and PPG technicians and estimators to ensure quality craftsmanship during the repair of your vehicle.
In the end, making the estimation process as painless as possible is a very important part of our customer service mission. At MORSE, we take a great deal of pride in our unique Estimating Process because we feel that the more accurate we can be at the beginning of the customer relationship, the more time and money we save our customers in the end.
